Grants 201: Logic Models for Program Planning
Session 5 of the Grants 201 Series

You don’t have to love them, but you do have to respect them, because logic models are a dynamic tool for program planning, evaluation planning, monitoring, and coalition building. Many funders require them, and even if they don’t always know what they really want from a logic model, you can! In this webinar, Julie Assel, GPC will take you through the various kinds of logic models and show you how you can use them to become more efficient and comprehensive grant seekers, manage up and down with clients and colleagues, and speak truth to power.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to use the logic model throughout the entire grant seeking process
  • The different formats and approaches to logic models
  • How to explain to program staff or clients why you need a logic model
