In this session, we will educate the participants in the core mission, principles, and strategic priorities the NEA works by, their budget, and what that budget aims to address in national priorities. We’ll then discuss the different centers which administer these different opportunities, including the financial information about each of these centers, block grants, and discretionary grants. This session will also cover the core elements of NEA grant applications and how to respond competitively to them based on the agency’s mission, priorities, and core principles.
