Accurately managing staff salaries across multiple grants is a challenge for grant funded organizations. Join this webinar as Julie introduces practical methods and techniques for projecting, tracking, and documenting how your grant dollars are being used to support your personnel costs.

You'll learn how to:

• Track staffing costs across multiple grant awards
• Compare upcoming staffing needs with grant budgets to prevent double dipping or shortfalls
• Use desk audits to allocate staff time to various programs
• Record staff time and effort for federal grants

Attendees will come away better equipped to steward grants ethically, avoid misusing funds, and position their organization for larger federal grants.

This is a self-study course in which each participant is required to complete all elements of the training to receive any and all CPE credits and CE units.

These elements include:

• Watching all video content in full
• Completing all engagement activities
• Completing all evaluation forms
• Completing the final assessment with a passing score of at least 70%
• Completing all course elements, including the assessment, within one year of the date of purchase or enrollment
