Description: Grant professionals often lead complex projects without formal authority, navigating uncertainty, accountability, and competing priorities. This session integrates principles from Dare to Lead and PMI leadership practices to explore courageous project management in grant work. Participants will examine how emotional intelligence, trust-building, and clear communication strengthen project leadership and support healthier, more effective grant teams.
