When: August 27, 2026 | 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM CT

Cost: $150

Who Should Attend: Nonprofit professionals who want to be prepared to navigate the grant post-award process with confidence.

Grant professionals are spending more time on post-award management—often as the sole grant staff. As organizations grow, they must assess their capacity to manage funders with complex post-award demands, especially government grants. Join us to explore real-world scenarios that move organizations through post-award readiness stages.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the stages of post-award grant management readiness and why they matter for organizations of all sizes
  • Identify the core elements within each stage that contribute to effective post-award grant management
  • Recognize common gaps and challenges organizations face after receiving grant funding
  • Explore practical strategies to strengthen grant management practices and move toward greater readiness, regardless of current capacity

Attendees will come away better equipped to steward grants ethically, avoid misusing funds, and position their organization for larger federal grants.
